Meet Taren Lehman!
Hi, I’m Taren Lehman, Founder and Owner of Freedom Marketing Management.
I’m a wife, mom of five, full-time marketing professional, and small business owner with over 8 years of marketing experience. I currently work full time as the Marketing Coordinator for Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm, where I am part of a full team of marketing professionals who bring experience, strategy, and insight across many areas of marketing.
That real-world experience is a big part of what sets Freedom Marketing Management apart.
I am not building websites, branding, Google tools, content, and business systems from theory alone. I am actively working in the marketing field every day, learning from a strong team, managing real marketing needs, and applying proven strategy to help businesses show up clearly and professionally.
Over the years, I have created more than 20 websites, managed social media platforms monthly for clients, supported up to 12 clients per month for more than two years, and spent 3.5 years as the Marketing Director for Reedsburg Country Club. I have worked with businesses and organizations across many industries, including beauty businesses, law firms, country clubs, construction companies, contractors, holistic health businesses, appraisal companies, property management companies, nonprofits, professional service providers, and local small businesses.
That experience has helped me understand what small businesses really need: clear messaging, consistent branding, organized systems, reliable support, and marketing that feels manageable instead of overwhelming.
That is why I created Freedom Marketing Management.
My goal is to help small business owners feel more confident in how they show up online and more organized behind the scenes. I support businesses with website creation and management, branding and rebranding, Google Workspace setup, Google Business Profile management, custom Google Sheets, AI search awareness, visibility, SEO-conscious content, and digital systems that make daily work easier.
My background includes digital marketing, sales, website support, Google tools, branding, content creation, business operations, social media management, paid visibility, organic search, local business support, nonprofit marketing, and professional service marketing.
One of the biggest passions behind my work is helping nonprofits build, launch, and improve their digital presence. I care deeply about supporting organizations that are making a difference in their communities, including groups like The Farmer Angel Network, Blake’s Tinman, Reedsburg Area Food Pantry, Clara Alice Faye Foundation, and other mission-driven organizations.
Whether a nonprofit needs a website, branding, social media support, Google tools, digital organization, event promotion, or help making its mission easier to find and understand online, I love helping bring those pieces together in a way that feels clear, professional, and sustainable.
